RULES FOR RESERVATION AND STAY AT DECO HOSTEL
1. The reception is open 24 hours a day.
2. Beds in dormitories as well as private rooms are booked per night. Check in is
possible from 2:00 p.m. and check out is until 11:00 a.m. By this time, the room
should be vacated, and the key returned to the reception. Check out should be
reported to the hostel reception, even if the guest is not required to return the key. If
the guest has not specified the length of their stay when renting a bed in a dormitory
room or a private room, it is assumed that they have been rented for one night. The
request to extend the stay beyond the period indicated in the reservation or on the
day of arrival should be reported to the reception by 10:00 a.m. on the day the rental
period expires. The hostel accommodates requests for extending stays subject to
availability. Failure to check out by 12:00 p.m. will result in a charge for another full
day, but does not guarantee an extension of stay. If a private room or bed in a
dormitory room is not vacated by 12:00 p.m. and the room or bed is reserved for
another person for the next day, the hostel staff is then authorized to enter the room
in the absence of the guest, pack their belongings, and move them to the luggage
storage.
3. Reservations can be made through our website www.hosteldeco.pl using a credit
card. In this case, the reservation is automatically confirmed. Reservations can also
be made in person at the hostel reception, by phone at (0048) 12 631-07-45, or by
email at hostel@hosteldeco.pl. However, in this case, the reservation requires
additional confirmation, which can be done in two ways:
– Credit card – providing the credit card number and expiration date implies consenting
to be charged the fee for the first reserved night in case of guest no-show or late
cancellation.
– Deposit equal to the fee for the first reserved night – the payment must be made
within 3 days of making the reservation or at a time agreed with the reception. Failure
to make the payment within the specified period will result in automatic cancellation
of the reservation.
4. A reservation may be canceled or changed if the hostel reception is notified by email
no later than 48 hours before the date of the canceled reservation (e.g. a reservation
made for May 10th may be canceled until midnight on May 7th). In this case, the
deposit will be refunded to the account from which it was sent, and no charges will be
made to the credit card. Otherwise, the deposit is forfeited, or a charge for 1st night
will be made to the credit card.

the event of a late cancellation of the reservation, the fee for the minimum stay period
will be charged to the credit card.
7. Beds in dormitory rooms and private rooms are rented to specific individuals, each of
